A Green Lifestyle Architect ,Environment Planner, and resource Speaker, she has 35 years of Integrative Architectural experience where the resources and skills for the development of projects are sourced from its local environment in developing green lifestyle buildings and masterplans . She is one of the first 50 APEC architects of the Philippines a certified Philippine Green Building Initiative ( PGBI) green building designer and active member of the Green Architecture Advocacy of the Philippines.

After graduating Architecture Cum laude from the University of San Carlos, followed an MA in Urban and Regional Planning from UP Diliman, a diploma on Integrated Conservation from the UNESCO Asian Academy for Heritage Management and completed a course on History of Structures, Architecture and Sustainability, the Integration of the Natural and Built Environment, from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Her community empowerment activities merited her a US Senatorial Award, for the perpetuation and preservation of Chamorro culture in the Marianas Islands. She received the Environment Responsible Entrepreneur Award from the Cebu Chamber of Commerce, the Most Outstanding Individual for Community Service during the Cebu City Charter Day Awards for a conservation framework, revitalizing the old downtown of Cebu. She has also received a High Recognition on Sustainability award from the UNEP and IGSD ( Institute of Governance and Sustainable Development ) in 2018 and a Philippine Presidential Award for her efforts at road sharing, advocating for more pedestrian and bike lanes in the country. She is currently the Philippine voting member to the ICOMOS Committee on Vernacular Architecture, and was one of the Ten Outstanding Cebuanos for Sustainable Green Development . She is a member of the Board of Directors for (MATIC) Materials Innovation Center , based in Cebu . She is a passionate Bamboo architect and carries the advocacy through her Bamboo workshops around the country. She likewise holds workshops in Green Lifestyle Architecture, Greening of Corporate Operations, Greening Tourism Projects, and Heritage conservation.

She presently holds the position of Sustainability Consultant for a massive urban revitalisation project of the Old Inner City of Cebu, similarly called the Old Carbon District, located at the historic waterfront to be finished in 2025. The project development process is inclusive in that the communities around and on the development are consulted, their aspirations addressed and often times are involved also in deacon making.
